• They are satisfied with the quality, appearance, and completion of the flooring installation.
• No visible damage or issues were noted upon this final inspection.
• They have received and understand the recommended post-installation care instructions.

Note: Signing this form confirms acceptance of the installation's completion and quality. This does not affect any manufacturer's warranty on the product or your company's installation warranty for latent (unseen) defects.
