The Customer also confirms:

• They are satisfied with the quality, appearance, and completion of the flooring installation.
• No visible damage or issues were noted upon this final inspection.
• They have received and understand the recommended post-installation care instructions.

Signing this form confirms acceptance of the installation's completion and quality. This does not affect any manufacturer's warranty on the product or the Weber Flooring installation warranty for latent (unseen) defects.
