I don’t often write reviews, but in this case I felt it was important to share what a truly outstanding experience I had working with Melissa at Weber Flooring in Lenexa.

After a basement flood, I was stressed and overwhelmed about the process of repairing and replacing our flooring. From the moment Melissa arrived, she put me at ease and made me feel completely taken care of.

She immediately jumped in, listened to our needs, and found solutions that were not only beautiful but also stayed within our budget. Melissa combined professionalism and expertise with a warm, personable approach that made the entire process easy. Her recommendations were thoughtful and based on deep experience, and she was always responsive—getting back to us right away so we were never left wondering about next steps.

Melissa went above and beyond by coordinating with other contractors to make sure everything stayed on schedule and that everyone remained accountable for delivering quality work. Even after installation, she followed up to ensure we were happy with the results and to ask if there was anything more she could do for us.

I also want to acknowledge the installation team. They did excellent work, finishing on time with beautiful results, and were very conscientious about keeping our space clean and tidy throughout the process.

I truly don’t know what we would have done without Melissa. She turned a stressful situation into a smooth, even enjoyable, experience. I give her my highest praise and recommend her to anyone in need of flooring—she’s the very best partner you could hope for in a project like this.

I recently purchased new carpeting from Weber Carpeting and worked with Julie Baker. Julie made the entire process so easy and I am thrilled with the end result. She helped me find the right person to do some repairs before the carpet was installed and the installers themselves were top notch. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing. To my surprise, it took a lot less time than I anticipated.
I have purchased flooring (LVP) in the past and had an equally good experience. I would recommend Weber Flooring to anyone who needs new flooring of any kind.

We have always used Weber and Julie Baker for our carpet/flooring needs. We like the quality of the product and excellent service we get from Julie. The installers are professionals. Their work is superb. This is where you go if you want the job done right!

Weber Flooring had a casual approach to carpet sales without the high pressure we found in some other stores. We entered and were greeted, directed to the area that would suit our purpose best, and left to browse at our leisure. Don was available for question but not intrusive or taking over our decision time. We chose to order from Weber and their installers did a great job. It looks wonderful and we are very happy with the new carpet.

The customer service at Weber exceeded what we experienced at other flooring retailers. Tasha is very knowledgeable and helped us select the right flooring for our home. The price was lower than the other options and we liked working with a local business. We will definitely use Weber again for our home.

Melissa at the Lenexa location is super helpful. She over communicated, continually followed-up and ensured I had a great experience. She went above and beyond in every way. The carpet was the final piece after our basement flooded and we love the colors and quality of the new carpet.

The crew were fast, efficient and meticulous. They did an absolutely beautiful jbb of installing tne carpet in my frontroom and hall. Every wall edge was perfect, as were the doorways. I've never seen a better job of carpet installation. They also cleaned up every shred of debris, stopping on their way out to pick up two pieces I couldn't even see. I wish I could take pictures. I'd show those perfect wall edges.

Just a couple months ago we contracted Sue and weber to do our hall bath .We were so happy with the work we decided to splurged and do our master bath also .We contacted Sue again and three weeks later we couldn't be happier with the results .Don't know why we waited so long . Sue was great to have the patience to show us so many pricing options and designs . Her crew was clean, efficient ,and kept us fully informed as to how the job was going .There clean up and respect for our home was second to none . We had the privilege to work with Pat through Webber Flooring after purchasing our first home and found out our hardwood floors were able to be sanded, refinishing and colored just the way we wanted at a quality price and before we needed to move big furniture in! Which was a huge bonus on the timing. Very thankful for Pat and his crew helping us out so much.

Great experience! We added new hard wood flooring, carpeting, and new carpet for staircase. It looks beautiful! Would definitely use them again.
