The install crew was on time both days and went right to work. They were most helpful with moving furniture and electronics and replacing them when complete. They were very thorough with clean up and were very courteous though the whole process.
Also, Tracie was great to work with during the sales process.

We had gotten quotes from the big box stores as well as a discount carpet retailer and were getting frustrated with their pricing games and felt like we would be overpaying for a lesser quality product.

After looking at reviews, we decided to stop in and check out Weber. Firstly, we actually recognized the brands being offered, Shaw, Mohawk and Coretec. No off brand, no name or house brand products here and that was a relief. Secondly, our consultant Jackie went over many different options and had the experience to make suggestions on what she has seen work well for other clients.

Our pricing ended up saving us some money over the Big Box stores and I believe we are getting a better product. I am looking forward to getting the carpet and LVT installed for our basement finishing project. If you need flooring, stop in at Weber's and ask for Jackie Gilberston; you'll be glad you did.
