We recently replaced old carpet on the stairs and lower level of our Villa with carpet and LVP flooring and new carpet on stairs. Sue, at Weber Flooring/Joe’s Carpet in Leawood was our “go to” person. She was so easy to work with, patient with our fluctuating schedule, and worked diligently to access our choices. The installers; Nato, flooring and Suco, carpet were excellent. Both were very professional, prompt and easy to work with. Nato was a great help in solving some tricky previous problems. They did a fantastic job with installation. We had them move the furniture and remove the old carpet. They did so without scratching up the baseboards or walls, and that's a plus! Randy was very helpful in the showroom explaining the different types of carpet and carpet pads. We will be recommending and using them again.

Tasha at Weber in Lee's Summit was wonderful to work with! From listening to our needs and showing us just the carpet for us, to getting estimate before we left, out first visit was amazing! The measurment professional was out and measured within 24 hours, and carpet was ordered! Installers were a couple of weeks out, but were professional, and did an amzing job! They even vacuumed all rooms and stairs before leaving! We will DEFINITELY use this Weber for all flooring needs we have in the future!

So easy....we are an hour and 15 minutes away. They came to measure, jumped on their website and spoke to Jessica Jackson to give her an idea of what I wanted and she had a quote in seconds. And once I finally made up my mind, they were able to send out a crew the next week. They completed the work all in one day, which included moving our furniture, tearing up the old carpet and floors, and installing the new floors. The best part is our floors look beautiful!
