Mike, Steve, Amber and victor are the best installers we have ever had!! Thank you to them!! Melissa made this the best project we have ever done. I don’t know what we would have done without her!! She’s a gem!!! Sasha was great with scheduling and called to see how things were going!! All so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with!!! Jessica Jackson at Weber flooring really gets us. She is professional and quick to respond to any task. I needed expedited install and she came through for us. The install team was excellent as I watched over every process, I'm Just that way, but found it to be wonderful...... hint we bought the premium pad and it feels excellent Thanks again Jessica.
