Lifetime Residential Installation Warranty
Weber Flooring - Providing Peace of Mind
Weber Flooring provides a “lifetime” residential installation warranty on our carpet labor. This warranty is valid when our installation professionals install new carpet and padding purchased from us. This warranty does not include commercial or new construction installations. Customer will be required to present proof of purchase before scheduling any repairs. This warranty is non-transferable.
The types of service provided at no charge under the terms of this warranty include remaking the seams which may gap, ravel, or fray; re-stretching of carpet which may wrinkle; and replacement or repair of transition materials (metals, vinyl strips, etc.) which may become loose.
This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, water damage, improper maintenance, or by customers’ own repairs or removal of carpet to install wiring. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation services are not covered by this warranty.
