Sue Hardin was so helpful and wonderful to work with. She made it very easy for me to find the color and style of carpet that I was looking for. I took home 2 carpet samples and had the measure booked on the first visit! Sue was on top of getting quotes to me immediately and following up. The carpet was ordered and installed without a hitch. I couldn’t be happier with this customer service experience. The new carpet is beautiful and a nice improvement in our home.

Weber did a great job installing new carpet throughout our home. We are very happy with the look and feel of our rooms. We ran into one issue with a carpet seam in the master bedroom but Tracie and her team handled it quickly and professionally. She helped us choose another carpet which was installed beautifully. We highly recommend them.

You really get a good understanding of a business' standards when they have to work with you on a problem. Approximately 6 months after some of our flooring was installed, we had a problem with the product. Julie Baker worked with us on it immediately. We talked over concerns, discussed new product options and she took care of everything. The installer met with us to ensure he would meet/exceed our expectations - which he did! Weber Flooring has a great selection of all types of flooring. I needed carpet for a few staircases and Sue Hardin was really helpful in showing me all of my options!
