I needed to do redo my entire carpet and the process was seamless from beginning to end. Jackie and Pat both took the time to listen to my needs, and provide suggestions, and quotes. While I did shop around, the professionalism, quality, and attention to detail at Weber stood out. The install was great, and the finished product looks even better than I could have imagined. Great experience all around!

We had a great experience with Weber Flooring. The process was so painless! The sales staff (Jackie) and the installers were all professional, communicative, and easy to work with, and our flooring all turned out just as I had hoped! I would definitely go back.

We stopped by the northland Weber Flooring location when we were finally in the market for doing something with the floor situation in our home. Upon entering, we were met by George Walker, who listened to what we were considering. We told him our budget amount and he worked with us to give us option ideas. Once we decided on "the one," he helped show us materials (carpet & vinyl planking) that would fit that plan. George even let us take the large sample pieces of the carpet and the vinyl planking home to lay beside furniture and walls to see how they would look. It gave us the opportunity to share our selections with our family. Mr. Walker scheduled the installation for a future date that worked with our timeline. He checked with us several times during the installation, and after to make sure all was going satisfactorily. When we had a couple of issues after the installation, he arranged for a service technician to come take care of those items. We couldn't have asked for better guidance thru our whole flooring adventure! We will heartily recommend Weber Flooring/George Walker to be the one to guide you thru your flooring needs!

Really great experience. Not only was the product top notch, but George did everything he said he would do and MORE. Every tiny problem was remedied and install was WAY ahead of schedule.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our new floor in the master bath. It was easy to set up and pick our flooring. The installers were fast and efficient. We would highly recommend Weber to friends.

We’ve been purchasing carpet from Joe’s/Weber for years. We keep going back because we trust the quality and the installation. There’ve been a few problems that are not worth mentioning because customer service is so great. Most recently, Weber’s tiled a screened porch for us and it’s beautiful.
