We had gotten quotes from the big box stores as well as a discount carpet retailer and were getting frustrated with their pricing games and felt like we would be overpaying for a lesser quality product.

After looking at reviews, we decided to stop in and check out Weber. Firstly, we actually recognized the brands being offered, Shaw, Mohawk and Coretec. No off brand, no name or house brand products here and that was a relief. Secondly, our consultant Jackie went over many different options and had the experience to make suggestions on what she has seen work well for other clients.

Our pricing ended up saving us some money over the Big Box stores and I believe we are getting a better product. I was looking for an area rug that I could clean just like our bedroom carpet because I have a 6 and 3 year old. At weber you can pick a carpet and they will turn it into an area rug for you. They even have samples mailed to your house for free so you can make a well informed decision! Pat Bales was great to work with and made the process so easy! We loved how it turned out! My son said “our new rug is so beautiful!”

We recently had new carpeting installed throughout our home including a curved staircase. We had excellent service from start to finish. Our sales consultant was Jackie and was helpful, experienced and knowledgeable. She checked up with us daily to see how the project was coming along. Pat was a great salesman and a good dude who legitimately cared about me, and getting a flooring solution that worked for me. I'm new to the Midwest, and am still floored (pun intended) by how genuine and kind everyone here is. Almost went with a competitor, and am glad I didn't. The install team he chose were younger guys that know more about flooring than I could ever know, even if I had a second lifetime, and the time to attempt to learn it. My (fairly large) project was completed in 2 (long and late steadfast effort) days literally perfectly. The LVP flooring came out correctly offset, no whammies whatsoever, completely straight, and 100% flat. They took care (did not leave nails or floor tacks anywhere inside or outside on massive full home carpet removal) and worked through a couple minor issues that were literally my fault. I was also in a situation where I had to let the installers work by themselves in a semi-rural area with all of my belongings out of their way and readily accessible in a garage. They were COMPLETELY trustworthy, and did not damage anything, and treated me as if they knew me. I would go with Weber again without a doubt.

Jackie was so helpful and patient as I considered different options for carpet to put in our home. She understood my goals. Our installers, Hector and Luis, were very courteous, efficient and conscientious. Thank you so much for helping us with this project.
