Julie was great to work with. We communicated a lot by email. She always got back to me with answers/suggestions quickly. Our new carpet looks great. Carpet layers were efficient and old carpet was hauled away the next day. Very slick.

I had a fantastic experience with Weber Flooring, and Sue Hardin. I work with Weber on a professional level with my remodeling company, however I just used them for my personal home and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is nice to get a great product for a great price along with a professional service throughout.

We just walked in one day to look at flooring. Julie was there and answered our questions and helped us pick out the most durable LVP flooring because we have hornery dogs! We were able to take home samples. We decided on the flooring we wanted and Julie made sure everything fell into place for a seamless installation. This included stairs. The installers were stellar. My stairs and flooring are gorgeous! I had a few concerns with thresholds, but Julie took care of this right away and all is perfect now.

Tracie Bowles is a huge asset for Weber Carpeting. She made my experience easy, succinct and enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with the carpeting. Tracie is knowledgable, and took a lot of the hard work off of me and I am very grateful. I will always use Tracie for any of our flooring needs. She is a creative designer and true professional. When Hector installed everything, he was a master crafter and it makes all the difference not only for the flow of carpeting but also returning the furniture it it's original place. I didn't have to "tweak" one thing!
