I wanted my family members thoughts & Sue welcomed having my family come in and meet with her. She did a great job answering all of our questions. We recently replaced old carpet on the stairs and lower level of our Villa with carpet and LVP flooring and new carpet on stairs. Sue, at Weber Flooring/Joe’s Carpet in Leawood was our “go to” person. She was so easy to work with, patient with our fluctuating schedule, and worked diligently to access our choices. We had a great experience with Weber Flooring. Sue was super helpful. We really weren’t sure what we wanted, jut knew we needed the old carpet removed. She gave us so many helpful tips! And once I finally made up my mind, they were able to send out a crew the next week. They completed the work all in one day, which included moving our furniture, tearing up the old carpet and floors, and installing the new floors. The best part is our floors look beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Weber Flooring! Sue is the best!

I recently purchased new carpeting from Weber Carpeting and worked with Julie Baker. Julie made the entire process so easy and I am thrilled with the end result. She helped me find the right person to do some repairs before the carpet was installed and the installers themselves were top notch. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing. To my surprise, it took a lot less time than I anticipated.
