Had closet carpeting replaced. Quite pricey but Sue was wonderful and stuck with me through many delays on my end. Installation was smooth, I love the carpet, and Sue was super helpful throughout the process. Only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 was due to price.

Sue was great and very helpful in helping us pick out our new kitchen floors. We had no idea what we wanted walking in and Sue was very patient in walking us thru all the options and pricing. The installers were just as good showing up on time working clean and finishing before scheduled time .We will defiantly be going back to Weber for carpet and shower installs down the road. Julie Baker of Weber Flooring is the best. Great to work with, great communicator. Installers were prompt and courteous. We've used Weber numerous times for indoor and outdoor carpet and have always been pleased.

We had new flooring installed in our entire home and are 100% satisfied with the product and service we received. Sue Hardin was excellent to work with. I had so many questions. Sue patiently answered each one and provided additional information that made our decision making easier. The installation crews were on time, friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Weber and especially working with Sue.

The install crew was on time both days and went right to work. They were most helpful with moving furniture and electronics and replacing them when complete. They were very thorough with clean up and were very courteous though the whole process.
Also, Tracie was great to work with during the sales process.

Julie was super to work with. Her expertise, organizational skills and PATIENCE made the task of choosing carpet much easier. Every detail for installation was explained and the installers were fantastic. I felt they treated our home like it was theirs, careful with every aspect of the process including the moving of the furniture. Weber Carpet gets Five Stars!
