Weber Flooring had a casual approach to carpet sales without the high pressure we found in some other stores. We entered and were greeted, directed to the area that would suit our purpose best, and left to browse at our leisure. Don was available for question but not intrusive or taking over our decision time. We chose to order from Weber and their installers did a great job. It looks wonderful and we are very happy with the new carpet.

Melissa at the Lenexa location is super helpful. She over communicated, continually followed-up and ensured I had a great experience. She went above and beyond in every way. The carpet was the final piece after our basement flooded and we love the colors and quality of the new carpet.

Weber flooring in Olathe is amazing!! I worked with Melissa, who is amazing! She walked us through the whole project. Great installation crew!!! Mike, Steve, Amber and victor are the best installers we have ever had!! Thank you to them!! Melissa made this the best project we have ever done. I don’t know what we would have done without her!! She’s a gem!!! Sasha was great with scheduling and called to see how things were going!! All so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with!!! Jessica Jackson at Weber flooring really gets us. She is professional and quick to respond to any task. I needed expedited install and she came through for us. The install team was excellent as I watched over every process, I'm Just that way, but found it to be wonderful...... hint we bought the premium pad and it feels excellent Thanks again Jessica.

We have used Weber Flooring 3 times now because we really enjoy our experience with them. They are also reasonably priced. Don Neal is the best and will make sure you get what you need by the time you need it. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Weber was awesome. From the moment we first visited, Tracy greeted us right away, we were a bit overwhelmed with the carpet process, Tracy helped steer us in the right direction and explained choices in detail. She made the process very easy. Installation day went great. Our carpet is beautiful. Great experience!

This was an amazing experience! Jessica helped us determine what carpet worked best for us. Between the texture and the price point too. There are SO MANY possible choices to make. Jessica was our "guiding star".

Well, then she blew it. She sent over an even better install team. They made her less valuable (not sure how that was possible). They knocked the install out of this park! Quick. Efficient. Polite. I would happily steal them from Webber if I had any positions available at my company.

Overall. What an OUTSTANDING experience. I am thrilled to walk on this carpet and will leave the doors closed so nothing unwanted gets to my newest baby!

And, I can now say that my carpet DOES match my drapes!!!

Our house had some flooding and we needed new flooring because of it. Melissa and Sasha were amazing and helped us step by step through the entire process. They were available to answer our questions any time and responded quickly. The installation was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
