I was blown away by the excellent results I had with Weber Flooring. My installer, Alberto Martinez came on time and completed an excellent installation in short order. The end result was a much better installation than I expected. Hats off and a hearty high five to Alberto. He is a credit to your company.

I have used Weber Flooring twice now for LVT in my home, and they have knocked it out of the park both times.

The buying and planning process was great and they helped me a ton with finding the same flooring we had previously used.

They did a fantastic job with installation. We had them move the furniture and remove the old carpet. They did so without scratching up the baseboards or walls, and that's a plus! Randy was very helpful in the showroom explaining the different types of carpet and carpet pads. We will be recommending and using them again.

So easy....we are an hour and 15 minutes away. They came to measure, jumped on their website and spoke to Jessica Jackson to give her an idea of what I wanted and she had a quote in seconds. They had an appointment for that next week. Installers called in route and had the whole house complete in one day. Very satisfied and the carpet quality is amazing 👌

I don’t often write reviews, but in this case I felt it was important to share what a truly outstanding experience I had working with Melissa at Weber Flooring in Lenexa.

After a basement flood, I was stressed and overwhelmed about the process of repairing and replacing our flooring. From the moment Melissa arrived, she put me at ease and made me feel completely taken care of.

She immediately jumped in, listened to our needs, and found solutions that were not only beautiful but also stayed within our budget. Melissa combined professionalism and expertise with a warm, personable approach that made the entire process easy. Her recommendations were thoughtful and based on deep experience, and she was always responsive—getting back to us right away so we were never left wondering about next steps.

Melissa went above and beyond by coordinating with other contractors to make sure everything stayed on schedule and that everyone remained accountable for delivering quality work. Even after installation, she followed up to ensure we were happy with the results and to ask if there was anything more she could do for us.

I also want to acknowledge the installation team. They did excellent work, finishing on time with beautiful results, and were very conscientious about keeping our space clean and tidy throughout the process.

Weber Flooring had a casual approach to carpet sales without the high pressure we found in some other stores. We entered and were greeted, directed to the area that would suit our purpose best, and left to browse at our leisure. Don was available for question but not intrusive or taking over our decision time. We chose to order from Weber and their installers did a great job. It looks wonderful and we are very happy with the new carpet.

Melissa at the Lenexa location is super helpful. She over communicated, continually followed-up and ensured I had a great experience. She went above and beyond in every way. The carpet was the final piece after our basement flooded and we love the colors and quality of the new carpet.
