This was an amazing experience! Jessica helped us determine what carpet worked best for us. Between the texture and the price point too. There are SO MANY possible choices to make. Jessica was our "guiding star".

Well, then she blew it. She sent over an even better install team. They made her less valuable (not sure how that was possible). They knocked the install out of this park! Quick. Efficient. Polite. I would happily steal them from Webber if I had any positions available at my company.

Overall. What an OUTSTANDING experience. I am thrilled to walk on this carpet and will leave the doors closed so nothing unwanted gets to my newest baby!

And, I can now say that my carpet DOES match my drapes!!!

Our house had some flooding and we needed new flooring because of it. Melissa and Sasha were amazing and helped us step by step through the entire process. They were available to answer our questions any time and responded quickly. The installation was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

She let me take my time and nothing was rushed or pressured and she was very helpful in the selection process. And she's just a fun person to deal with which always a plus in these situations. Just finished a 20+ year update/remodel on my house, worked with Jessica on my flooring and ceramic. She was extremely helpful and very patient and understanding with my indecisiveness in trying to choose a good design. In the end what we chose looks fabulous and was exactly what I was hoping for. My initial review gave Weber a low rating. When I made additional contact with them all issues were pleasantly resolved to the extent that I have changed my rating. Based on Webers response to my initial concerns I would recommend them. They demonstrated great customer service!!!

Thanks to Randy at Weber Carpet, we completed two full-house carpeting jobs during the summer -- one for the house we were moving into and one for the house we needed to sell. They had fantastic selection, great prices and excellent customer service from sale to installation. They also had great relationships with related businesses to come in and fix some issues with subflooring and lingering pet smells from previous owner. It made our lives easier at a challenging time.
